Can you guys get together and get the following task done?
We need to check each report that needed to be switched over for parameters to 2015 and 2016. I found a couple service level reports like SL130, 140, and 150, in the global folder that are only showing 2015 and not 16. So instead of the users finding issues one at a time, let’s just take a once over the reports and check each one now that the new year has started. Thank you.
Solution Analysis and Recommendations
1. Need to reschedule all BI reports having year parameter for end of year and also send failure notification via Email.
2. Need to reschedule all BI reports to set failure notification via Email in BI Production.
3. Please find attached excel files for BI Reports list with all regions and Scheduling issues in BI Production:
4. Need to monitor all rescheduled BI Reports in the BI Production for one week.
5. Need to check each report that needed to be switched over for parameters to 2015 and 2016.

2. Rescheduled all BI reports to set failure notification via Email in BI Production.
3. Monitored all rescheduled BI Reports in the BI Production for one week.
4. Checked each report that needed to be switched over for parameters to 2015 and 2016 and showing 2016 data also.
